Uncyclopedia plagued by accuracies
INTERNET--The humour website Uncyclopedia, created as a parody of Wikipedia, has come under fire recently after users started noticing that the articles were plagued by accuracies. Users who were expecting to read a searing, sarcastic article filled with misinformation, were treated instead to articles containing assertions that cite proper, published, peer reviewed sources. Even the famous, made up quotes of Oscar Wilde were not spared as every quote attributed to him were checked, and all of them were removed for lacking a credible source. One aggrieved user, who prefers to be known as LoneWolf67, is concerned with the parody website's increasing standards. "If this continues any longer, there'll come a day where instead of reading humorous, random nonsense, I will actually be reading facts," he said.
